Description

You will lead highly visible, end-to-end technical programs spanning multiple AWS systems and organizations. You will coordinate strategy, requirements, and execution with senior product and engineering leadership, designing solutions that scale across AWS multi-account governance and security. You will unify roadmaps, converge overlapping efforts, and drive long-term technical direction through strong judgment and influence.

Responsibilities

  • Own communication, coordination, and execution of multi-year program vision across AWS Organizations, Accounts, and Control Tower

  • Define strategy and requirements with senior product and engineering leaders

  • Design, coordinate, and execute technical solutions that scale globally across a multi-account governance ecosystem

  • Manage complex systems and cross-service integrations, making trade-offs between business and technical constraints

  • Secure commitment from technical teams across AWS and drive consensus on technical approach

  • Coordinate and unify roadmaps and technical direction across multiple governance and account management systems

  • Identify opportunities to converge overlapping technical efforts and drive long-term strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience

  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills (strategy and technical detail)

  • Expertise with AI/ML-assisted development workflows and agentic automation

  • Experience driving technical strategy and architecture decisions for large-scale distributed systems

  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and non-technical partners

  • Prior experience on large cross-org programs with technical deep-dive skills

  • Track record for delivering quality products on time
