Description

Drive the technical product roadmap for agentic tools that automate administrative tasks for AWS ProServe sellers. You’ll work cross-functionally to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that measurably reduce seller workload while improving sales effectiveness. This initiative spans scalable real-time software, front-end technologies, innovative user experience, machine learning, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for next-generation agentic tools
• Build and orchestrate AI agents to automate administrative workflows
• Partner with engineering, design, and field teams to define product requirements
• Prioritize features and deliver solutions that reduce seller workload
• Improve sales effectiveness and help expand customer adoption and usage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience owning/driving product roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering product features and managing tradeoffs
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
• Experience managing technical products or online services
