Description

You will own and drive GenAI-powered troubleshooting and agentic AI operations capabilities used by AWS’s largest enterprise customers and internal support teams. You will define product vision for diagnostic tools for cloud issues and tooling to simplify cloud operations and assist agentic AI operations, partnering with engineering teams to deliver cohesive experiences across the full agent lifecycle. You will work with AWS AI/ML, security, observability, and support services to bring agentic AI capabilities to scale.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and execution for GenAI troubleshooting and agentic AI operations

• Define diagnostic and operational tooling for cloud issues

• Coordinate delivery across engineering teams for full agent lifecycle: building, deploying, governing, observing, and optimizing at scale

• Partner with Sales and Account teams to position capabilities as a strategic differentiator

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience

• 5+ years working as a Technical Product Manager

• 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, or related) experience

• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience

• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience

• 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products

• 5+ years of enterprise security product experience

• 5+ years of product management in the cloud computing technology space

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics

• Experience taking a product from conception/definition through engineering design and to market

• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products end-to-end (concept through GTM)
