Description

Lead and drive the transformation of warehouse systems in Europe by developing an in-house WMS based on operational and user needs. Explore and implement new opportunities to simplify warehouse and downstream processes through digitization, automation, and AI. Work cross-functionally with warehouse, IT, and transport systems teams, including international collaboration with teams in China, and turn ideas into concrete changes that improve day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and progress the transformation of warehouse systems in Europe
• Develop the in-house WMS according to operational and user needs
• Identify new ways to simplify warehouse and related processes using digitization, automation, and AI
• Collaborate with teams across warehouses, IT, transport systems, and teams in China
• Convert opportunities and ideas into practical changes that help people in daily operations

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse systems and processes, ideally with WMS
• Ability to take initiative, connect people, and deliver changes into real practice
• Ability to align operational needs with technical capabilities
• Enjoy international collaboration across teams and cultures
• Experience with automation, data, or AI is an advantage
• Ability to communicate in English
