Description

You will drive WMS functional discovery, design, and rollout activities for warehousing and logistics operations. The role bridges operational logistics stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure end-to-end processes are implemented as scalable, efficient WMS solutions. You will also lead testing/UAT coordination, training, and hypercare stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery workshops with French-speaking business and warehouse operations teams to gather end-to-end supply chain requirements

• Map and design core warehousing processes (Inbound/Outbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Inventory Management, VAS) within the target WMS

• Support functional implementation, configuration, deployment, and localized rollouts for international warehouse sites

• Design test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate business workflows against the target solution

• Prepare functional documentation and user guides; deliver training to warehouse end-users

• Provide functional expertise during post-go-live hypercare: root-cause analysis and process optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant working with enterprise WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Generix, Reflex WMS, Infor WMS)

• Solid domain knowledge of supply chain, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations

• Consulting background in client-facing consulting, system integration, or end-to-end software deployment projects

• French fluency at B2+/C1 level, including leading meetings and producing functional documentation in French

• Professional English for internal coordination

• Strong communication and facilitation skills to bridge business needs and technical delivery teams
