Description

You will run research end to end for two long-running product accounts, handling scoping through delivery and ensuring the work serves the right business decisions. The role includes moderated and unmoderated usability testing, in-depth interviews, workshops, and desk research/benchmarking. You will also help improve how research is executed through templates and AI-assisted analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify which business decision the research should answer, and communicate limits when research won’t provide the answer
• Plan and run end-to-end research studies: scoping, method selection, recruitment briefing, fieldwork, analysis, and delivery
• Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing, in-depth interviews, workshops, and desk research/benchmarking
• Translate research findings into actionable outputs for product teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of research operations (templates, AI-assisted analysis, Claude-based tooling)

Requirements

• 3+ years in UX, CX, or product research; owned projects rather than only supported them
• Strong judgment to match methods to problems and defend the choice with clients
• Readiness to run sessions on site and travel when needed
• Polish at native level; English good enough to moderate sessions and write reports
• Experience with AI in the research process or clear willingness to work with it
• Ability to estimate your own work and flag early if it won’t fit timelines
