Description

You will monitor central IT systems and systems supporting operations, supervise data flow between central systems and other locations, and resolve operational work items related to data processing. The role also includes handling Service Desk requests from users and monitoring WAN/LAN devices and data transmission links. The tech stack includes Active Directory On-Prem, Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Microsoft SCCM, VMware, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Monitor central IT systems and operational support systems

• Oversee data flow between central computer systems and other locations

• Monitor data processing and resolve operational work items

• Manage Service Desk system for computer system users

• Monitor WAN/LAN devices and data transmission connections

Requirements

• Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts)

• Higher education (preferably in IT) or student status

• Working knowledge of Windows, Unix, Linux, and Active Directory at user level

• English proficiency at least B2

• Motivation to learn and gain new skills

• Preferred: experience with Help Desk systems

• Advantage: knowledge of SAP operations topics
