Description

You will actively participate in CSIRE implementation and transformation projects. You will analyze and evaluate development initiatives, prepare pre-implementation documentation, coordinate changes, and ensure alignment with business, regulatory, and organizational requirements. You will also collaborate with IT vendors on defining, agreeing, and implementing changes, and support verification, testing, acceptance, and system rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects related to CSIRE implementation and transformation

  • Analyze and assess development initiatives and prepare pre-implementation documentation

  • Coordinate change implementation activities and monitor compliance with business, regulatory, and organizational requirements

  • Work with IT system vendors to define, agree, and implement changes

  • Perform substantive verification of project, analytical, and implementation documentation

  • Define, collect, and document functional requirements for IT systems

  • Identify and recommend changes driven by business needs, legislative changes, and stakeholder expectations

  • Support testing, acceptance, and go-live of new system versions

  • Prepare deployment documentation and procedures for the operation and development of CSIRE

Requirements

  • Higher education (preferably energy, computer science, or other technical fields)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a role with a similar scope

  • Knowledge of processes for defining and documenting functional requirements for IT systems

  • Experience participating in the implementation, development, or maintenance of complex IT systems

  • Ability to collaborate and lead alignment with IT vendors

  • Knowledge of testing, acceptance, and go-live processes for IT systems

  • Ability to create business analyses and technical/project documentation

  • Knowledge of BPMN and/or UML

  • English at least B2

  • Advanced analytical skills, ability to build relationships, independence, and effective time management under pressure
