Role: Product Designer within a Product Trio, responsible for mitigating UX risk and delivering end-to-end user experience across B2C and B2B touchpoints.

Description

You’ll work with PM and engineering to take product problems from discovery to decisions, continuously validate experiments with users and data, and design user flows that account for edge cases. The role also includes co-creating conversion experiments with marketing, evolving design standards (including a Design System and agile research methods), and using AI agents to speed up design delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute UX/product design from the consumer B2C application to the B2B platform, including support during exploration of new business directions.
• Run discovery from problem to decision through regular validations of experiments with users and work with data.
• Design flows and collaborate closely with PM and engineering on the Product Trio.
• Co-create and evaluate conversion experiments with marketing (hypothesis, metric, conclusion).
• Co-create and maintain shared design standards: Design System, research methods in agile, and operational use of AI.
• Apply AI where it increases productivity by using agents to accelerate design delivery.

Requirements

• Strong UX and consultative mindset with initiative to question assumptions and verify them quickly.
• Portfolio with at least one project showing that research influenced the direction (even without a hard KPI), and that describes the flow and key decisions.
• Ability to lead discovery from business/user problem framing to decisions via hypothesis validation with users and data.
• Clear understanding of output vs outcome, plus ability to split solutions into smaller steps.
• Precise flow design experience, including boundary/edge states, and strong working skills in Figma with a design system.
• Ability to argue with user voice and data, and to propose the fastest validation path and alternatives if the direction doesn’t hold.
