Description

You will serve as the bridge between business and IT stakeholders, leading requirements discovery and functional design for PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM). You will map end-to-end business processes, create functional specifications, support development through impact analysis, and guide testing activities across core PeopleSoft SCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements elaboration workshops, and stakeholder interviews

• Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories; maintain requirements traceability

• Partner with development teams to define/validate solutions and perform impact analysis

• Design test scenarios; support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Manage defect triage and verify bug fixes

• Support deployment planning, change management, and user training; mentor junior analysts
