Description

You will manage the operations and lifecycle of core systems, handling L2 incidents and service requests. You will propose measures to improve system availability and IT service quality, support problem management root-cause investigations, and implement approved changes. You will coordinate deployments of new versions, prepare test data, run testing, and use monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations and manage the lifecycle of core systems
• Process incidents and service requests at L2
• Propose actions to increase system availability and IT service quality
• Participate in problem management root-cause analysis and implement approved changes
• Coordinate with internal and external vendors
• Coordinate deployment of new versions with key users
• Prepare test data and perform testing
• Use system monitoring tools
• Support and ensure coordination for approved IT projects

Requirements

• Prior experience in administration and development of ERP applications
• Knowledge of monitoring tools
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Independence, proactive approach, and willingness to learn
• Diligence and attention to detail
• ICT education is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with supply chain systems is an advantage
