Description

You will join a team of experienced IT specialists to ensure reliable IT operations, support employees, and contribute to the rollout of modern technologies. The job includes helpdesk ticket handling, endpoint/device and printer maintenance, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration, plus administration of servers, virtualization, and core network components. You will also monitor system availability and security events and manage shared storage and IT asset/license records.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HelpDesk tickets and provide technical support to employees

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, notebooks, mobile devices, and printers

• Administer Active Directory: user accounts, permissions, and security policies

• Administer Microsoft 365 environment

• Manage servers (Windows Server, Linux) and VMware virtualization environment

• Administer network components (switches, firewalls, WLC, CUCM) for Cisco environments

• Monitor system availability and security events

• Manage network drives, shared storage, and access rights

• Manage licenses, IT assets, and hardware/software inventory

Requirements

• Systematic approach; ability to prioritize and finish tasks

• Analytical thinking, independence, and reliability

• Professional communication with users

• Team spirit and willingness to share experience

• Desire to learn new technologies and procedures

• Knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, iOS/Android

• Experience with remote management tools

• Orientation in Active Directory

• Experience managing LAN/Wi‑Fi (switch, AP, VLAN)

• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall administration

• Practical experience administering servers and virtualization platforms
