Senior KYC & Onboarding Business Analyst – Financial Services

Empower seamless client onboarding — revolutionize KYC processes with innovative solutions!Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model.As a Senior KYC & Onboarding Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), committed to transforming client onboarding and KYC activities through cutting-edge in-house solutions. You will help build robust applications that streamline onboarding and KYC renewal, enhancing efficiency for global banking operations and delivering superior client experiences. This role offers an exciting chance to innovate at the intersection of technology and finance, fostering your professional growth in a dynamic environment.Your main responsibilities:Analyze, evaluate, and document OBKYC (onboarding and KYC) requirements in collaboration with CIB Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management.Manage the implementation of OBKYC solutions, including onboarding and KYC renewal application forms, and facilitate data integrations across multiple systems.Document business processes and IT workflows to support development and enhancement initiatives.Engage with stakeholders, providing expert support and advice on onboarding and KYC solution and product queries.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver tailored technical solutions aligned with global business needs.Identify potential risks, report on issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.Contribute to a high-performing, motivating team environment, mentoring junior BA or engineering members.Foster cross-region collaboration to promote teamwork and shared success.You're ideal for this role if you have:5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, KYC processes, and CDD requirements within financial services.Strong expertise in analyzing and solving complex processes with a proven track record of documenting user stories and both functional and non-functional requirements.Experience working on global projects with diverse stakeholders and teams.Knowledge of data integration development in customer onboarding scenarios.Excellent command of professional English for communication, presentation, and documentation.Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.Proven ability to work closely with software engineers and in manual testing environments.It is a strong plus if you have:Knowledge of development best practices and Agile methodologies.Language Required for the role:Fluent EnglishEligibility to work in Europe:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.#MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
