Description

You will support customer onboarding and due diligence processes by performing KYC and regulatory compliance checks within the financial services industry. The role is ideal for professionals who want to deepen their expertise in customer due diligence and KYC/CDD processes. You’ll work in an international team with daily exposure to English.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding and due diligence workflows
• Review, validate, and analyze customer documentation
• Perform KYC/AML-related checks in line with KYC and CDD requirements

Requirements

• Experience in KYC, Customer Onboarding, AML, CDD, or a related operational role in financial services
• Hands-on experience with KYC Branch Tool in a Nordic banking environment
• Knowledge of KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
