Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for tax and e-invoicing processes, working closely with business and technical teams. The role includes translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring the solution aligns with regulatory and operational invoicing standards. You will also support testing, validation, and implementation of e-invoicing features.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for tax and e-invoicing processes
• Work with stakeholders on VAT electronic handling requirements
• Analyze and support invoice-related workflows and compliance needs
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design and delivery
• Ensure alignment of business processes with regulatory and invoicing standards
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of e-invoicing features

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or finance-related projects
• Strong understanding of tax processes
• Experience with e-invoicing solutions
• Knowledge of VAT electronic handling
• Familiarity with UBL (Universal Business Language)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance or regulatory-driven projects
• Background in finance, accounting, or tax systems
• Familiarity with invoice exchange standards or document workflows
