Description

You will work on significant projects building critical software for banking and non-banking financial institutions in the Czech Republic and Europe. Your focus is analyzing business requirements and proposing effective solutions, collaborating with specialists to ensure results match client needs. Projects cover capital markets, stock trading, investment funds, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into IT solutions
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of critical financial systems
• Collaborate with experienced specialists to deliver client-relevant outcomes
• Support innovation in investment banking, particularly around trading and portfolio management

Requirements

• Analytical thinking; able to handle details while understanding the bigger picture
• Knowledge of relational database principles; SQL familiarity
• Strong communication skills to negotiate and formulate requirements between business and IT
• Independence and accountability for driving problem resolution
• Proactive, responsibility-driven mindset
• Advantage: experience or basic orientation in investment banking/banking/financial services
• Communicative English (interaction with foreign clients)
• University degree in IT, economics, or technical fields
