Description

An experienced ServiceNow CMDB Engineer is sought to evolve the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and Business Continuity modules. You will design and configure end-to-end solutions, including custom scripting, dashboards/reporting, and observability, while ensuring CMDB data consistency and quality. The role is hands-on and requires strong ownership from analysis through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform

• Design and implement custom scripts and technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices

• Develop dashboards, reporting capabilities, and observability solutions

• Configure and enhance the ServiceNow GRC and Business Continuity modules

• Integrate and connect these modules with the CMDB

• Ensure data reconciliation, consistency, and quality across the CMDB

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Participate in continuous improvement and expansion of the ServiceNow platform

• Take full ownership of projects from analysis through implementation and delivery

Requirements

• Immediate availability

• Minimum 7 years of experience working with ServiceNow

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and platform configuration

• Proven expertise with CMDB implementation, integration, and data reconciliation

• Hands-on experience with custom scripting in ServiceNow

• Experience with the GRC and/or Business Continuity modules

• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions

• Fluent in English (French is an advantage)
