Description

Senior ServiceNow engineering role specializing in IRM/GRC capabilities, including TPRM and Privacy. You will configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, supporting governance, compliance, risk management, and audit-related processes. Responsibilities span design reviews, testing, deployment readiness, and ongoing post go-live enhancements and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC, TPRM, and Privacy capabilities

• Support governance, compliance, risk management, and audit-related processes

• Participate in technical design reviews and implementation activities

• Review technical deliverables and configurations created by implementation partners

• Support testing, deployment, and production readiness

• Maintain ServiceNow solutions after go-live

• Receive and maintain technical knowledge transfer

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support after deployment

• Develop platform enhancements, automations, integrations, and workflows

• Handle defect resolution, maintenance, and release activities

• Contribute to upgrades, platform optimization, and continuous improvement

• Ensure adherence to architecture, governance, security, and development standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow engineering/development experience

• Background in ServiceNow IRM, Risk Management, and Compliance

• Expertise in TPRM or Privacy capabilities

• Proficiency in configuration, scripting, and integration

• Ability to maintain operational ownership while collaborating with external partners

• Experience across the full lifecycle from implementation to transition to operations and ongoing support

• Familiarity with greenfield ServiceNow implementations and enterprise-scale environments

• Strong preference for out-of-the-box solution design and platform standardization

• Flexibility to balance implementation activity with long-term platform ownership and governance

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and CIS-Risk and Compliance are a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
