Description

You will engineer, enhance, deploy, and operate ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities, including TPRM and Privacy, working under a ServiceNow Platform Architect. The role spans technical implementation support through production readiness, long-term platform ownership, and Level 2/Level 3 operational support. You will also collaborate with partners, perform design reviews, and drive defect resolution, release, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC, TPRM, and Privacy capabilities
• Support governance, compliance, risk management, and audit-related processes
• Participate in technical design reviews and implementation activities
• Review technical deliverables and configurations from implementation partners
• Support testing, deployment, and production readiness
• Maintain ServiceNow solutions after go-live and provide knowledge transfer
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support post-deployment
• Develop platform enhancements, automations, integrations, and workflows
• Perform defect resolution, maintenance, and release activities
• Contribute to upgrades, platform optimization, and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to architecture, governance, security, and development standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow engineering/development experience
• Background in ServiceNow IRM, Risk Management, and Compliance
• Expertise in TPRM or Privacy capabilities
• Proficiency in configuration, scripting, and integration
• Ability to maintain operational ownership while collaborating with external partners
• Experience across the full lifecycle from implementation through transition to operations, stabilization, enhancement delivery, and ongoing support
• Familiarity with greenfield ServiceNow implementations and enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
• Strong preference for out-of-the-box solution design and platform standardization
• Flexibility to balance implementation activity with long-term platform ownership, operational support, governance, and continuous improvement
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) and CIS-Risk and Compliance are a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ level)
