Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IRM, supporting configuration, automation, scripting, integrations, and reporting. You’ll participate in requirement analysis, Scrum reviews, testing, and deployment activities, and validate technical solutions before implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain existing documentation

• Participate in testing and deployment activities

• Analyze requirements and join review sessions, project reviews, and Scrum meetings

• Perform platform updates, including reviewing overlooked records

• Carry out administrative, configuration, and general ServiceNow tasks (standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, integrations)

• Identify automation opportunities to improve end-user experience

• Write scripts for Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, and UI Pages

• Create, adapt, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets

• Configure dashboards with reporting capabilities

• Integrate with third-party tools and other ServiceNow instances using standard APIs and REST/SOAP web services

• Verify the technical solution before rollout

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer

• Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management

• Experience with ServiceNow IRM: Risk Management configuration, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management

• Knowledge of risk assessment methodology, control testing, problem management, and compliance framework implementation within ServiceNow IRM

• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, KRI (Risk Key Indicators), and IRM reporting dashboards

• Organized and detail-focused working approach

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Fluent Polish and English

• Residence in Poland
