Description

You will prepare exact specifications for graphics, create packaging printing/production inputs from technical drawings and an Excel template, and ensure data and visuals are consistent, error-free, and delivered on time. You will coordinate simultaneous packaging and launch activities for multiple product lines (covers, glass, and accessories) and manage package coding in an internal system (K2).

Responsibilities

• Prepare new products for Private & Co-brand Labels

• Manage product lines for Covers, Glass, and Accessories within the Epico portfolio and other brands (Spello, UNUM), including existing and new products

• Prepare products for launches of new iPhones

• Coordinate with the purchasing team on specifications and requirements

• Time and track multiple products being prepared in parallel

• Prepare product print files: from priority table placement through graphic requests (logo, required icons, specifications placement) to output checks and notifying downstream teams

• Create and prepare packaging materials: content briefs in Excel, updates to existing packaging, icons, documentation, and specifications

• Communicate with printers regarding packaging die-cuts

• Assign tasks to designers and oversee final deliverables

• Encode packaging into the internal system K2 and perform daily product administration (coding and adding codes into production procedures)

Requirements

• Meticulousness, strong sense of detail, and proactive error detection

• Ability to plan work, deliver on time (with buffer), and handle changes or unexpected situations

• Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization

• Team collaboration and clear, understandable communication

• Interest in products and packaging aesthetics; willingness to learn new tools and processes
