Description

Create brand-consistent creative assets across packaging, retail, and digital touchpoints from concept through final production. Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into polished, production-ready design solutions while maintaining visual consistency across a product suite. Own assigned packaging and retail design workflows end-to-end, including revisions, proofing, and vendor-ready file delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, on-brand assets for packaging, retail, and digital channels

• Support packaging concept development (layouts and design directions)

• Lead assigned design projects independently while contributing to team initiatives

• Extend brand systems thoughtfully across new formats and surfaces

• Prepare production-ready files with correct specifications, dielines, and asset placement

• Update packaging for ingredient changes, UPC revisions, regulatory updates, and layout refinements

• Create and adapt retail assets for print and digital (signage, displays, promotional materials)

• Organize and label files for internal teams and external vendors

• Review artwork and proofs for accuracy, consistency, and quality

• Manage tasks and reviews using project tools (e.g., Asana, Ziflow)

• Track revisions, approvals, and proofing stages; flag risks and propose solutions

• Collaborate with the Associate Art Director and marketing partners; present work and incorporate feedback

Benefits

• Compensation range: $80,700–$95,000 (starting salary based on skills, experience, and education)

• Performance bonus: 5% of annual salary (paid annually; eligibility-based)
