Description

Develop and maintain detailed product specifications across the full model lineup, and create clear product documentation for internal teams, dealers, and partners. Prepare product training materials (presentations, manuals, comparison sheets) and deliver sales trainings and product briefings to dealer networks and your team. Ensure consistency of product messaging across marketing, sales, and aftersales, support product positioning and competitive benchmarking, and collaborate with HQ and technical teams to keep product information accurate and updated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product specifications across the full model lineup
• Create product documentation for internal teams, dealers, and partners
• Prepare training materials (presentations, manuals, comparison sheets)
• Deliver sales trainings and product briefings to dealer networks and the team
• Ensure consistent product messaging across marketing, sales, and aftersales
• Support product positioning and competitive benchmarking
• Coordinate with HQ and technical teams to keep product info accurate and updated
• Assist with new model introductions and launch readiness
• Ensure consistency of print and online product descriptions

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, product training, or automotive sales enablement
• Strong understanding of product specifications and ability to simplify technical details
• Experience creating training content (slides, scripts, handbooks, videos)
• Confident presenter with strong storytelling and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to compare and benchmark competitive vehicles
• Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to deepen product knowledge
• Native Czech
