Product Manager – Product Specification & Training (Mid Level/Junior) – Open position

Focus: Product specifications, product documentation and materials, training materials, sales training enablement

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed product specifications across the full model lineup
• Create clear product documentation for internal teams, dealers, and partners
• Prepare product training materials (presentations, manuals, comparison sheets)
• Deliver sales trainings and product briefings to dealer networks and the team
• Ensure consistency of product messaging across marketing, sales, and aftersales
• Support product positioning and competitive benchmarking
• Cooperate with HQ and technical teams to keep all product info accurate and updated
• Assist with new model introductions and launch readiness activities

• Ensure the consistency of all print and online product descriptions

Required Skillsets:

• University degree in a technical field
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, product training, or automotive sales enablement
• Strong understanding of product specifications and ability to simplify technical details
• Experience in creating training content (slides, scripts, handbooks, videos)
• Confident presenter with strong storytelling and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to compare and benchmark competitive vehicles
• Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to deepen product knowledge
