Description

You will help develop, deploy, and shape the direction of an industrial product built on AR, computer vision, and AI. Your work spans turning customer needs into technical steps, preparing and validating deployments in real industrial environments, and supporting technical documentation and troubleshooting. You will also prototype and test improvements—working with both software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and team needs into product and technical steps

• Prepare, configure, and verify the solution during deployments at customer sites

• Coordinate technical tasks, priorities, and follow-up activities across development and implementation

• Create clear technical documentation and support technical Q&A

• Test new ideas, work with hardware, and find practical paths to improve the product

Requirements

• Technical generalist with knowledge of IT, technologies, or electronics; able to quickly get up to speed in new topics

• Product-focused mindset: evaluate whether solutions bring real value to users

• Independent organization of work, deadline management, and proactive follow-up on decisions

• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to developers, customers, and colleagues

• Interest in AR/VR/computer vision or industrial technologies and desire to grow in these areas

• Skills in planning work, prioritizing, and coordinating technical tasks

• Understanding of digital product development from early concept to deployment

• Ability to produce clear documentation, instructions, and technical inputs

• Programming/integration/technical context comfort (not necessarily a pure developer)

• Advantage: experience with 3D content, CAD tools, hardware, or electronics
