Description

Help explore, validate, and shape new product ideas across related products. You will collaborate with the product owner to turn business goals, user problems, early designs, and stakeholder input into specifications, experiments, clickable or lightweight functional prototypes, and validated product proposals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the product owner to explore, structure, and validate product and feature ideas
• Translate business goals and customer problems into functional and non-functional requirements
• Create discovery materials: problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, flows, edge cases, validation plans, decision records
• Use AI-assisted tools to build quick experiments, mockups, clickable prototypes, scripts, dashboards, or lightweight functional prototypes
• Coordinate with design, backend, frontend, QA, support, and data stakeholders to clarify feasibility, user value, impact, and operational consequences
• Verify product viability before full engineering investment (value, complexity, dependencies, supportability, risks, success criteria)
• Query and interpret data from telemetry databases to validate ideas
• Document findings so engineering can continue into implementation
• Improve discovery/prototyping process using reusable templates, AI-assisted workflows, and feedback loops
• Use AI responsibly with strong human ownership, review, security, and production quality

Requirements

• Mid/Senior experience in product analysis, business/data analysis, product ownership, requirements engineering, or technical analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous ideas into clear problems and next steps
• Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, user flows, and edge cases
• Ability to communicate with product, design, engineering, QA, support, and business stakeholders
• Ability to query SQL-like data and interpret it
• Comfort working with technical products and considering data flows, operational behavior, and constraints
• Interest in learning AI-assisted prototyping and lightweight coding/scripting/no-code/low-code tools
• Strong ownership and ability to move quickly without losing clarity or discipline
• Willingness to understand Bitcoin mining, pool operations, hashpower products, and customer workflows
