Description

Join an interdisciplinary product squad to take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of production-grade AI agent solutions. You will integrate agentic components into existing platforms and infrastructure and ensure solutions meet AI governance, security, and IT compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality

• Own end-to-end integration of agentic components within existing platforms and infrastructure

• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers to solve complex technical challenges

• Ensure alignment with AI governance, security, and IT compliance standards

• Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices

• Participate in Agile ceremonies as an active squad member

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

• Strong Python development skills

• Experience designing and working with on-premise Kafka environments

• Practical expertise with Docker and Kubernetes

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions in production

• Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• API management experience (Apigee preferred)

• Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

• Experience with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing (or similar model serving platforms)

• Monitoring and AI observability experience, ideally with Arize

• English proficiency at least B2/B2+
