Description

You will collaborate with product and clinic teams to translate needs into clear feature and product concepts, then deliver them end to end—from frontends and backends/APIs to integrations with existing systems. You’ll own the full feature lifecycle (discovery, architecture, implementation, rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement based on feedback and data) while integrating modern technologies, including AI/ML, with a focus on reliability and privacy in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product and practice teams to understand needs and refine product/feature concepts
  • Build and operate clinic applications end to end: frontends (dashboards, workflows), backends, APIs, and integrations with existing systems
  • Implement and integrate AI-enabled functions (decision support) and data products with value, reliability, and healthcare privacy in mind
  • Own the full feature lifecycle: discovery, architecture, implementation, rollout, monitoring, and iteration

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Solid understanding of software design principles
  • Hands-on experience with multiple relevant technologies (e.g., React/React Native, TypeScript, Python, Django, Kubernetes)
  • Practical AI/ML experience in products (e.g., LLM integration or building RAG architectures) for real-world use cases
  • Strong product and business understanding; ability to translate clinic goals into technical requirements and prioritize by impact
  • Startup mindset with high ownership; pragmatic approach and effective cross-functional communication
  • English B2 and German C1
