Description

Work with a small, cross-functional team to build AI-driven digital products. You’ll take ownership of AI projects, collaborate with clients to understand needs, and translate cutting-edge AI research into production-ready solutions—often using LLMs and foundation models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-driven projects independently or as part of a team
• Support client engagement through technical research, solution architecture, estimations, prototyping, and feasibility testing
• Understand client problems and translate requirements into AI solutions
• Partner with product designers to create AI UX patterns that deliver strong user experiences
• Stay current with AI trends and share insights with the team
• Make domain- and business-objective-informed decisions
• Share AI knowledge and best practices to help grow the engineering team

Requirements

• 1+ year of AI/ML full-time software engineering experience
• Advanced prompting techniques and RAG strategy familiarity
• Experience using evaluation frameworks to assess AI performance
• Understanding of data science/machine learning concepts for LLM/foundation-model products
• Hands-on experience taking AI/LLM work from concept to production
• Proven delivery experience for AI-related projects
• Full-stack comfort with TypeScript/Node/React/Python
• Product development experience across web or mobile plus backend and infrastructure
• Strong product-oriented thinking and business-value awareness
• User-centric mindset with data-driven experimentation
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to mitigate AI-related risks and manage client expectations
• Collaborative, open-minded teamwork and willingness to share/mentor
• Interest in knowledge sharing and organizing AI events or discussions
