Description

Design how customers and AI agents collaborate to understand, forecast, and control cloud spend. Define what agents can do autonomously, where humans approve, and how customers can undo actions—while building trust through clear reasoning and attribution. Create coherent experiences across conversational, agent-driven, and traditional console interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous problems before solving them and drive clarity across requirements and feasibility gaps
• Define how AI agents act on a customer’s behalf (autonomy, approvals, and customer control back)
• Design trust patterns showing an agent’s confidence, reasoning, and attribution
• Create human-in-the-loop, approval, and undo patterns for money-moving actions
• Ensure consistent experiences across conversational, agent-driven, and console interfaces
• Lead design from problem framing through launch, then improve using data signals
• Co-design with data science, legal, and policy on AI features with financial/compliance complexity
• Mentor other designers and establish team patterns and standards
• Produce narratives/strategy documents that support senior leadership decisions
