Description

Architect and evolve enterprise AI platform and AI solutions used across teams, including RAG architectures, agentic workflows for business automation, and AI-driven automation of existing software systems. Own technical roadmaps and key architectural decisions, design integrations with enterprise systems and knowledge bases, and define how data/knowledge is ingested, processed, and made accessible. Ensure secure handling of data, implement safety mechanisms for generative AI, and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate solutions into the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the architecture of enterprise AI platforms and AI solutions

• Work on RAG architectures, agentic workflow, business automation, or automation of existing software systems (project-dependent)

• Define the technology roadmap and participate in key architectural decisions

• Design integration patterns connecting AI with enterprise systems, applications, and knowledge bases

• Design how data and knowledge are acquired, processed, and exposed to AI solutions

• Define access-control rules and ensure secure data handling

• Improve AI output quality and design guardrails to minimize risks of generative AI

• Design and develop agentic workflows and AI automation

• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to embed solutions into the current enterprise environment

• Ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and operational readiness requirements

Requirements

• Experience designing enterprise architecture, distributed systems, and system integrations

• Can translate business requirements into technical design, justify architectural decisions, and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders

• Experience designing or implementing AI/GenAI solutions in an enterprise environment

• Familiarity with at least one area: RAG, agent architectures, AI orchestration, or automation of business/software processes

• Knowledge of API integrations, identity management, and access-rights management

• Understanding of security and regulatory requirements related to AI and data

• Czech/Slovak proficiency at C2 level and ability to communicate in English

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and a modern AI stack
