Description

Lead strategic, highly ambiguous technical programs by translating emerging opportunities and executive direction into measurable outcomes across engineering, research, product, and business teams. Partner with senior technical and business leaders to shape investment decisions, operating models, and roadmaps, and build execution excellence through governance, planning, metrics, and accountability. Help transform emerging technologies and developments—specifically related to OpenAI use—into scalable business and product opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent)

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

• Pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

• 3+ years managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred)
