Description

Lead the enterprise security and governance strategy for an AI-first model serving and agent platform. Partner with engineering, security, compliance, identity, and platform teams to deliver secure, governable AI capabilities at scale. Turn enterprise needs and telemetry signals into systemic product improvements and readiness for regulated and government cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise security and governance strategy and roadmap; identify readiness gaps and prioritize investments by customer impact, security risk, and business value.

• Define the end-to-end enterprise promise across models, agents, and platform capabilities.

• Drive cross-organizational execution across engineering, security, compliance, identity, governance, and product teams.

• Translate enterprise needs and telemetry into scalable product improvements; address recurring deployment friction.

• Deliver security capabilities for regulated and government cloud environments.

• Represent Microsoft externally with CISOs, security advisory boards, and industry analysts; bring market insight back into the product roadmap.

• Promote agility and learning so teams make data-driven decisions and improve AI systems faster.

• Provide clarity in ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders, and foster innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Benefits

Competitive base pay range for the U.S.: USD $142,800–$274,800 per year (different ranges apply for San Francisco Bay area and NYC metro).
