Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for Citrix and Terminal Server environments

• Manage tickets and resolve incidents

• Perform operational support for Citrix farms

• Carry out configuration changes and maintenance activities

• Execute releases, updates, and deployments

• Communicate directly with German-speaking clients and users

• Collaborate with internal support and infrastructure teams

Requirements

• Fluent in German

• Experience in second-level support

• Understanding of Citrix farm operations

• Proficiency in operational support
