Description

You will manage and maintain enterprise video conferencing services, ensuring high availability and continuous monitoring for Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams. The role covers configuration and user/device administration (including Webex Control Hub), AV device installation and support, and troubleshooting across audio, video, network, and connectivity. You will also handle service requests and incidents according to SLA and contribute to improvements and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise audio-video conferencing environment (Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams)
  • Administer Cisco Webex Control Hub (users, devices, policies, services)
  • Install, configure, and provide technical support for conferencing devices (Cisco Room Kit, Cisco Board, Cisco Room Bar, Microsoft Surface Hub)
  • Monitor audio-video service quality and availability; diagnose issues related to audio, video, network, and connectivity; apply corrective actions
  • Handle service requests and incidents per SLA, including analysis, resolution, and escalation
  • Support end users during meetings, conferences, and events requiring AV infrastructure
  • Participate in expansion, modernization, and optimization of the video conferencing environment; implement new solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user instructions, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams for service maintenance and development

Requirements

  • Very strong knowledge of enterprise audio-video and video conferencing solutions (hardware and software)
  • Experience with design, deployment, administration, maintenance, and support of large-scale audio-video/video conferencing environments
  • Good knowledge of routing, switching, and QoS concepts for audio-video solutions
  • Experience administering and supporting Cisco Webex Meetings, especially Control Hub
  • Practical experience with online simultaneous interpretation solutions
  • Experience as an audio technician, sound engineer, or audio engineer
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical approach to diagnose problems and effectively resolve incidents
  • Availability for on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support
  • English proficiency at least C1
  • Technical secondary or higher education related to IT, telecommunications, electronics, or similar fields
