Description

Work in cross-functional Agile teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise applications for the Digital Customer Experience program. Perform development and maintenance based on client requirements—covering analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment—while producing specifications and documentation. Contribute to code quality, security, and technical decisions, with potential to lead a small development team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT systems according to client needs using best practices and design patterns

• Analyze requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy deliveries

• Create specifications and documentation for business requirements and implemented features

• Potentially lead a small development team

• Use modern development tools and practices, including AI-assisted coding tools/coding agents where appropriate, while owning code quality, security, and technical decisions

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience building web applications for desktop and mobile

• Advanced skills in Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS

• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3

• Very good knowledge of Git

• Ability to write unit tests and E2E tests

• Good command of English and German (B2+)

• Interest in AI-assisted software development and willingness to learn coding agents (previous experience welcome but not required)
