Description

Support the implementation and development of modern HR and attendance systems to improve HR data quality and streamline digital HR processes. Provide expert support to managers on Czech labor law, HR policies, and personnel decisions, and collaborate with leadership and Finance/Controlling on HR reporting, planning, and strategic HR projects. Work with external partners on talent development and recruiting while contributing to employee benefits and company culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitization of HR processes and contribute to a modern, paperless work environment

• Implement and develop the ADP HR system and a new attendance system; ensure high-quality HR data and processes

• Support talent development and recruiting activities with external partners, schools, and staffing agencies

• Support corporate events, employee benefits, and projects that strengthen company culture

• Advise managers on labor law, HR policies, and personnel decision-making

• Collaborate with company leadership and Finance and international partners on reporting and workforce/HR planning

• Ensure compliance with Czech employment law, internal policies, and occupational safety/health regulations (JMHZ)

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education; university degree preferred (HR/management/psychology/law)

• 5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in an independent position

• Excellent knowledge of Czech employment law

• Fluent English (required)

• Empathy, proactive and results-oriented approach, and healthy self-confidence

• Manufacturing environment experience (required)

• Experience with HR information systems (HCM)
