Description

Design and improve database structures for a CRM system and other internal applications. Own data integration flows between multiple systems, optimize transfers, and monitor database instances and jobs. Collaborate with developers and analysts, and contribute to the evolution of the data warehouse and reporting solution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop database structures for CRM and internal applications

• Integrate, connect, and optimize data transfers from various systems

• Work closely with developers, analysts, and project managers

• Manage and monitor database instances and scheduled jobs

• Participate in the development of the data warehouse and reporting solution

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar SQL/database role

• Excellent SQL skills (MS SQL; MySQL is an advantage)

• Experience with database administration, SQL query optimization, and schema design

• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Version control knowledge, ideally Git

• Basic C# knowledge (advantage)

• Familiarity with MS Excel and Power BI (advantage)

• Careful and responsible, able to work independently

• Czech and English at least for everyday IT communication

• Practical, daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot)
