Description

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of strategic IT solutions supporting operational, attendance, and invoicing processes. Your main task is to connect key enterprise systems, remove manual steps, improve data quality, and ensure an efficient flow of information across the organization. You will also own the integration roadmap and a secure rollout, including testing, data migration, and access/security controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current system architecture and data flows between SAP, HR systems, attendance applications, CMMS solutions, and other operational tools

• Identify weak points in processes and propose automation of data flows

• Create a target enterprise architecture, including an integration roadmap

• Manage the implementation of a unified CMMS or robust API/ETL interfaces between existing systems

• Design automated matching of subcontractor attendance to assembly cards and LEV materials before invoicing

• Define validation rules, approval workflows, audit trails, exceptions, and dashboards for mismatches

• Lead testing, data migration, cybersecurity, access rights, training, and handover to operations

Requirements

• University degree

• Knowledge of Czech and English

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise information systems

• Experience designing and delivering integration projects

• Hands-on experience with integration technologies: API, middleware/ESB, ETL, and data modeling

• Very good knowledge of SAP

• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (INFOR D7i is an advantage)

• Experience analyzing maintenance, work logging, attendance, cost, and invoicing processes

• Experience leading projects and coordinating vendors

• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills

• Ability to work with reporting tools (Power BI)

• Orientation in cybersecurity and user access management

• Polish language knowledge is an advantage
