Description

You will be the key interface between IT and clinical departments, supporting medicine, nursing, and administration in using and improving the hospital information system (KIS) reliably in day-to-day operations. • Serve as the main point of contact for users from medicine, nursing, and administration for questions, incidents, and optimization requests
  • Analyze errors and requirements; develop solutions and support testing, updates, releases, and rollouts
  • Analyze clinical and administrative processes and support their digitization and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with internal specialist departments, IT colleagues, software vendors, and external service providers

Requirements

  • Completed training or degree in IT, computer science, medical, or health-related fields (or comparable qualification)
  • Practical experience with a hospital information system (KIS) and knowledge of hospital processes
  • Ideally experience in application support, administration, or support of clinical IT systems
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to explain technical issues to medical and non-technical users
  • Structured, independent, service-oriented work style with a motivation to continuously improve applications and processes
