Description

Own one or more products already in production and bring new projects to market as you develop and drive product plans for Agentic AI services. You will be responsible for revenue and adoption while solving customer problems and defining product vision, strategy, and launches. You will act as a subject matter expert for your area of focus within Agentic AI services.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead product definition using a customer working-backwards approach, including tenets, long-term goals, working-backwards documents (e.g., press release, FAQ), competitive analysis, and business metrics

• Define product vision and the future roadmap, including investment, innovation, and experimentation

• Plan, execute, and align product releases with customer goals and business requirements; own product positioning

• Lead product launch by owning the GTM plan and operational launch execution

• Lead operations by monitoring and responding to customer feedback, continuous improvement, and business growth

• Collaborate with technical teams on tradeoffs based on customer requirements and support QA/testing

• Track revenue and adoption daily; write weekly and monthly business reports and review with leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working as a Technical Product Manager

• 5+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or related)

• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products across the full product lifecycle from concept through GTM
