Description

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product features, from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Leverage product management and technical expertise to design generative AI-powered capabilities that deliver measurable business impact, working with stakeholders to prioritize and scale automation and AI-driven solutions. Lead hands-on technical development, define success metrics with data/product partners, and translate complex technical concepts for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of feature development: concept, launch, iteration, and continuous improvement based on data and stakeholder feedback

• Design and develop generative AI-powered features that address complex business requirements

• Propose and own new feature development within the broader platform to scale deal execution through automation and AI

• Lead technical development with hands-on contribution, especially for generative AI implementation and integration

• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers to define success metrics and quantify product performance and business impact

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools

• Experience with feature delivery and making product tradeoffs

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy

• Experience with AI/ML technologies

• Preferred: 3+ years hands-on technical experience in software development, data science, or related technical field
