Description

You will own the lifecycle of new technical product features—from concept through launch and continuous improvement—using data-driven iteration and stakeholder feedback. You will leverage product management and technical expertise to build generative AI-powered capabilities that deliver measurable business impact, and lead hands-on development and integration. You will define success metrics, measure performance with stakeholders, and communicate complex technical ideas clearly to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product feature development lifecycle (concept to launch and beyond)

• Design and develop generative AI-powered features based on complex business requirements

• Propose and drive development of new features within a broader platform for deal automation and AI-driven execution

• Lead technical development with hands-on contributions, especially for generative AI implementation/integration

• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers to define metrics and quantify business impact

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools

• Experience delivering product features and handling tradeoffs

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy

• Experience with AI/ML technologies
