Description

Lead and coach a team delivering Microsoft cloud and managed services, with a focus on building the next generation of service offerings. Own the team’s financial and operational performance (margins, rates, utilization, retainers) and help clients realize value through ongoing security, cloud governance, NIS2 compliance, and AI adoption services. Partner with sales on presales, proposals, and pricing while directing the team’s training and Microsoft partner specializations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 people through 1:1s, coaching, and individual development plans
• Own team economics: margins, rates, utilization, and retainer-based service development
• Meet with clients’ executives and IT managers to demonstrate the team’s value
• Support sales with service proposals, presales, and pricing
• Design and launch new services: security, cloud governance, NIS2 compliance, and customer AI adoption
• Direct team training and Microsoft partner specialization to enable delivery of the new services

Requirements

• Experience leading a technical team (5+ people) on the supplier/vendor side (MSP, system integrator, or external IT service)
• Familiarity with SLA, retainer models, and billable hours; ability to work with them
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft cloud (M365, Azure, Entra)
• Ability to communicate with customers and identify opportunities from their problems
• Strong follow-through and willingness to propose better solutions
• Interest in AI and ability to apply AI in daily work
