• Role: End User Support Specialist (1st/2nd level IT support)

Description

You will provide daily IT support to internal end users, resolving incidents and requests through a ticketing system. Responsibilities include user account and access management, administration of Active Directory and Microsoft 365, endpoint setup and maintenance, and ensuring a secure, stable workplace environment. You will collaborate with the IT infrastructure team on incidents, changes, and new technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to internal users
• Handle incidents and requests via a ticketing system
• Manage user accounts, access rights, email mailboxes, and permissions
• Administer Active Directory and support the Microsoft 365 environment
• Install, configure, and manage computers, laptops, and peripherals
• Support users on Windows, macOS, iOS, and corporate applications
• Prepare and record IT equipment throughout its lifecycle
• Work with the IT infrastructure team on incident resolution, changes, and technology implementations

Requirements

• Experience with IT support for end users
• Orientation in Active Directory and user account administration
• Good knowledge of Windows
• Practical experience with hardware, laptops, and common peripherals
• Experience supporting users on macOS and iOS
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve common technical problems
• Basic orientation in networking technologies and user access permissions
• Good communication skills and professional approach to users
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to set priorities
• Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
