Description

The Project Delivery Practitioner will drive the successful delivery of projects within the Site ExperienceHub Program by managing roadmaps, milestones, risks, and delivery health. You will align business, IT, development, service management, and other stakeholders while monitoring KPIs and governance activities. Delivery methodology selection will follow the needs of each project context (Agile or Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery: on time, within scope, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams within the program
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
• Drive execution and ensure alignment between business, IT, development, service management, and stakeholders
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges; drive mitigation and resolution
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall delivery health
• Support effective resource planning and allocation across projects and workstreams
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, transition, and hypercare activities for successful implementation and stabilization
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering meetings, and stakeholder communication
• Apply appropriate Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches depending on project requirements
• Ensure cooperation with global teams and stakeholders in a complex international environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices, processes, and standards
• Travel when required by project or service needs

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in software development-related environments
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project delivery, project coordination, and IT project management (preferably medium to large-scale local or global projects)
• Proven experience working with virtual, distributed, and multicultural teams
• Strong practical knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
• Experience with recognized project management frameworks; PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is an advantage
• Good understanding of Program and Portfolio Management
• Knowledge of IT service delivery best practices, including ITIL principles; basic understanding of ITIL and Release Management
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
• Experience with project and service management tools: Jira, HPSM, ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a complex organizational environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to anticipate and resolve delivery challenges
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, projects, and dependencies simultaneously
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Willingness to travel depending on project and service requirements
