Description

You will manage end-to-end IT projects—from planning to implementation—supporting the strategic growth of custom products that extend Customer and Partner Engagement capabilities (CRM and PRM). Responsibilities include backlog, priorities, dependencies, risks, and change management, plus coordinating Agile/Scrum ceremonies with technical teams and business stakeholders. You’ll also assist with pre-sales activities such as workshops and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end-to-end (planning through deployment)

• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and on-time delivery

• Coordinate project teams and collaborate with technical teams

• Manage backlog, priorities, dependencies, risks, and scope changes

• Monitor progress and take corrective actions

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders and manage expectations

• Run project meetings and Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Ensure the solution aligns with business needs and agreed scope

• Monitor budget and project profitability; optimize resource utilization

• Support pre-sales: participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations

Requirements

• Independent experience leading IT projects (ideally in a business/customer environment)

• Experience coordinating project teams, including development teams

• Practical Agile/Scrum knowledge and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps

• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change

• Commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform

• CRM/PRM or Customer/Partner Engagement knowledge (advantage)

• Strong client/stakeholder communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into project scope

• Very good English (C1/C2)
