Description

In an inhouse SAP team, you will drive analysis, design, implementation, and further development of SAP processes, with emphasis on Sales & Service. You will independently implement and customize specifications under S/4HANA, support integration tests, and take ownership of the applications you deliver. You will also work with business teams to design and map integration scenarios in the system.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, conceptualize, implement, further develop, and digitalize business processes and functions in the SAP landscape
• Independently implement/customize specifications under S/4HANA
• Support project teams during integration tests
• Independently support introduced applications within the responsible application areas
• Design integration scenarios together with business departments, including analysis, and system mapping
• Define and maintain module-specific workflows and optimize future-ready processes, especially in Sales & Service
• Provide user support for business departments

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration/computer science or comparable vocational training
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• In-depth knowledge preferably in SAP module SD or CS
• ABAP programming knowledge (advantage)
• Experience with interface design and process understanding in IT service management (advantage)
• Motivation to develop further with the latest SAP technologies such as SAP FSM and SAP C4C
• Affinity for modern IT topics and understanding of IT system architecture
• Analytical and process-oriented approach with cross-module thinking
• Organizational and problem-solving talent plus strong communication skills
• High quality awareness, methodical approach, and goal-oriented planning and execution
