Description

You will analyze client business requirements, design and optimize solutions in Odoo, configure standard Odoo modules, and support implementations through go-live. You will collaborate with the development team on custom solutions, prepare functional documentation, participate in pre-sales activities (demos and consultations), and train end users. The position emphasizes real ownership of solution design and advisory work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis with clients (workshops, requirements gathering)
• Map business processes and optimize them using Odoo
• Configure Odoo using standard modules
• Collaborate with the development team to create custom solutions
• Prepare functional documentation
• Support clients during implementation and after system go-live
• Conduct training for end users
• Actively participate in pre-sales (analyze needs, demo the system, consult)
• Build and follow implementation best practices and work standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Odoo (implementations/configuration/analysis)
• Odoo certification (minimum version v17)
• Experience with ERP system implementations
• Very good knowledge of business processes (e.g., Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, Production)
• Experience working with clients (workshops, consultations, requirements analysis)
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Experience configuring ERP/CRM systems (or similar)
• Ability to create functional documentation
• Good work organization and independence
• Communicative English (spoken and written, at least B2)
