Description

Support and extend an Odoo v19 environment by implementing small changes, reproducing and documenting user-reported issues, and helping with data import/export and cleanup. This junior role is designed for students or recent graduates: you’ll be guided to learn how to use and customize Odoo in practice, including writing automated tests for modules that need them. You’ll work daily in Odoo.sh to validate changes before they reach production.

Responsibilities

• Implement simple changes in custom Odoo modules under supervision (Python business logic, models, basic views)
• Investigate and reproduce user-reported issues (sales, inventory, manufacturing, purchasing) and write clear reports for senior developers
• Answer internal user questions and assist with small configuration or data corrections
• Support data import/export (CSV/XLSX) and basic data cleanup using Odoo tools and PostgreSQL
• Add automated tests to modules that lack them
• Follow team standards for Git workflow, branches, and code review
• Work daily in Odoo.sh: check builds, review logs, deploy to dev/staging branches, and test changes

Requirements

• Solid Python fundamentals (data structures, functions, classes, exceptions, modules)
• Ability to read and understand existing Python code and learn the Odoo framework step by step
• Basic SQL knowledge (simple SELECTs, filters, joins)
• Comfortable using MacOS Terminal / Linux shell for running commands and checking logs/processes
• Good communication skills; can explain issues to non-technical users and document them clearly
• English sufficient for reading documentation; Polish and English for daily communication
• Willingness to ask for help (“I don’t understand this yet”) in the team
