Description

You will act as the functional consultant and primary client-facing representative for Odoo projects. You will lead workshops, gather and document requirements, define and defend scope boundaries, and be accountable for configuring the system to meet the client’s agreed needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-implementation analysis and specification for sales, logistics, and the interface with an external accounting office

• Configure Odoo for Sales, Purchase, Inventory (barcodes, multiple warehouses), Accounting (sales and purchase invoices), Projects, and multi-company

• Handle Polish localization needs: KSeF (via partner module), JPK, VAT, bank statement import, and export to the accounting office

• Manage integration with an external accounting system (Odoo does not run full bookkeeping)

• Perform data migration from the current ERP (records, contacts, stock levels)

• Lead CRM integration work: field mapping and sync rules

• Run workshops and deliver user training; provide hypercare support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Odoo implementations in Poland taken to go-live, in a functional role

• Odoo 17+ experience (Odoo 19 is a plus)

• Practical experience with Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects

• Hands-on multi-company experience

• Polish financial/tax ERP realities: KSeF, JPK_V7, VAT registers and rates, cooperation with an accounting office, bank statement import

• Warehouse logistics experience: multiple warehouses, barcodes, receipts and issues, direct-to-client and warehouse deliveries

• Ability to independently run workshops and work with client management

• Fluent Polish and English at B2 level

• B2B cooperation (own business)
